Return & Exchange

Our staffs will inspect every items before sending it out to our customers to ensure the quality of our products. Unfortunately, if you received a defective or damaged items, please drop us an email at cs@njasofficial.com or fill "Return Form" on our website with the following info:

1. Your order number; 

2. Item number and 

3. A clear photo of defective area and a whole product's photo within 2 business day of receiving your order. 

We're incredibly sorry you received a defective item, our Customer Care Team will get back to you as soon as possible. 


Reminders: 

-Return requests that are shipped to us without prior notice will not be accepted.

-All items must be returned in their original condition, including any tags or packaging, even if the item is defective.


In case of return or exchange due to simple change of mind or unsatisfied with the style, color, size, fabric quality etc., we apologize that exchange or refund will not be accepted.


Exchangeable Conditions:
  • Defected goods with holes or torn fabric
  • Wrong size from your order
  • Wrong item from the original image
  • A discrepancy of+/-5cm from the particular size chart
  • Completely wrong order delivered
Could we return different color or size of product?

We're so sorry that will not be accepted. 

If you received a defective product, we will exchange a same product with same color and size to you. 

After receiving your request, we will advise our Korean supplier to confirm their assessment. Once an exchange is approved, you will need to return the goods with original tags & packaging to us within 2 business days and inform us the tracking number by email (cs@njasofficial.com). Please note that late shipment may result in rejection of exchange. We will absorb the return postage to a maximum of HK$60 if the goods have above specific problems.

Non Exchangeable/Refundable Conditions:
  • Delivery time is too long.
  • Request for full refund when partial item(s) in the order is out of stock.
  • Delivery delayed due to the courier’s issue.
  • Request for refund when the style, color, size, fabric quality, etc. do not meet your expectations.
  • Due to the intimate nature and hygienic reasons, lingeries are not returnable.
  • Goods show signs of being washed.
  • Subjective reasons such as small stains, loose thread, mild scratch on leather goods, color discrepancy.(color varied with different monitor display), material not as expected or size not fitting nicely.
  • Report a problem after receiving the goods for 1 business day.
  • Failure to return the goods within 2 business days after confirmation of exchange is approved.
  • Color fading in denims.
  • After approval of an exchange by our Korean suppliers, the exchanged goods will be exactly the same as the original order. Absolutely no exchange to a different style, color and size.
