退換政策:
小店經營不設退款，衛生問題不設退換，出貨前店主會仔細質檢
預購貨品:
默認出貨時間為 7-21 天
（店主會一直跟進出貨進度，有需要會經Whatspp聯絡買家，若超過 21 天很大機會是店家尚未出貨，可以WhatsApp查詢並請耐心等候）
現貨：
在 1-3 天內寄出
停產或缺貨：
如遇貨品停產或缺貨，本店會在 2 天內原數退款
（若因此不符合免運費要求，可以考慮轉購其他貨品）
（第三方支付公司的費用需由客人自行承擔）
訂單更改：
貨品一經下單不設更改，貨品寄出後不能修改郵寄和聯絡資料，請下單時確認資料無誤
信用卡付款：
如選取信用卡付款，在付款版面均會自動加上 3%附加費用 （是信用卡公司直接收取，與本店沒有直接關係）
如貨品停產或缺貨，附加費用需由客人自行承擔，不會退回

Return and Exchange Policy
*Refund Policy*
The shop does not offer refunds or exchanges due to hygiene issues. The owner will carefully inspect items before shipping.
*Pre-ordered Items*
The default shipping time is 7-21 days. We will continuously follow up on the shipping progress and will contact buyers via WhatsApp if needed. If it exceeds 21 days, it is likely that the item has not yet shipped. You can inquire via WhatsApp and please be patient.
*In-stock Items*
Items will be shipped within 1-3 days.
*Discontinued or Out-of-stock Items*
If an item is discontinued or out of stock, a full refund will be processed within 2 days. If this affects the free shipping requirement, you may consider purchasing other items. Fees from third-party payment companies will be borne by the customer.
*Order Modifications*
Once an order is placed, changes cannot be made. After shipping, the shipping and contact information cannot be modified, so please ensure all details are correct when placing your order.
*Credit Card Payments*
*Additional Fees*: Credit card payments will automatically incur a 3% surcharge, which is charged by the credit card company and is not related to the shop. If an item is discontinued or out of stock, this surcharge will not be refunded and must be borne by the customer.
